Antique Vintage Cast Iron Pedestal Stand End Table Birdbath Base 23 Tall

Good/fair condition overall with the main flaw being that the bottom bolt to tighten the base is rusted in place and does not seem able to move at all. Main piece is slightly loose and does not come close to separating but does move back and forth very slightly. Measures 23" tall and about 11" across at the base.
