The birds love this fountain.

I have seen Blue Jays, Robins, Sparrows, American Yellow Finches and other birds flock to the fountain. I like the height (which is slightly under 4 ft). TIPS: (1) Use Crazy Glue to glue the bottom of the base. Let the glue cure for 24-hours. The glue will stabilize the fountain and it will lean to one-side.

The rocks will stabilize and anchor the fountain. The fountain will not fall or lean to one-side once the base is glued (bottom). I wanted the fountain to look older.

I used black acrylic paint, rubbed it with an old rag into the green patina, and now it looks even better. The negatives: (1) You have to fill it up with H2O 2 - 3 times per day (especially on windy days). (2) It doesn't have a solar light (I added one submerged in water and lights up nicely at night time). (3) It's made of thick plastic, not 100% resin (don't leave it outdoors if you live in a State where it snows and temperatures get below 30 degrees). (4) The stand is not stable and leans to one side -- if not anchored with rocks (or stakes in the soil) it will fall over easily.

The positives: (1) Fits nicely in a small garden (space); (2) It attracts a variety of birds (3) Makes a soothing, peaceful sound -- not loud (4) the price point is very reasonable (5) Very pretty design (from the base scroll work to the fish spitting out water from its mouth). Cleaning the fountain is easy.

Use 1 cup of Peroxide, because it is NOT harmful to birds. The Peroxide cleans the fountain beautifully. Leave the Fountain on for 24-Hours.

Add fresh, clean water the next day. Easy to assemble and looks like an expensive fountain! In yard for the birds. Neat fountain for a great price. It does have nice water sound with the fish and tiers compared to other more expensive fountains we have had. I was concerned that it was light weight but with water in it, no worries of falling over.

May still anchor with small weights underneath in event of strong wind. Assembly instructions are OK for a mechanic inclined person.

It took a little figuring out how to get the pump in the housing and tightened down properly. Also getting everything screwed on evenly so fountain performed with water dropping evenly all over. Once that was done it works like a charm. I put it together in 30 minutes. Over pumped but works grate on low, had to add weight to bottom to make it wind proof.
